Cardinal and Jenna are simply the best. I had to make arrangements for my brother before he passed away. I was in town from Virginia to clean out his apartment and found Cardinal Funeral Services. Jenna was very helpful, courteous and professional. She listened to what we wanted and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want. When my brother passed I realized I needed more death certificates. I emailed Jenna and she responded within an hour about the extra certificates. This was Friday evening when I emailed her. This shows her commitment to helping people in a low point in their life. Jenna only met me and my family once. She expressed her condolences about my brother passing.
